Who we are

Seventh City Press LLC publishes Masters X and related work by Jason Carroll Holloway. The press is based in Kansas City, Missouri.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. The newsletter form collects an email address. Those submissions go to Web3Forms and then to us. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site. Book purchases go through retailers (Amazon, Ingram, and similar), who have their own policies.

How we use it

We use contact submissions to answer reader, press, and rights inquiries. We use newsletter addresses to send the dispatch you signed up for. We do not sell or rent this information. We do not use it for advertising networks.

The Reading Room and the Masters Foundation

If you join the Reading Room we keep your email address, the name you choose for your posts, the date you joined, which volume keys you have passed, and what you post. Your answers to the Reader's Key are checked and then discarded; the site stores only scrambled (hashed) versions of the correct answers. A cookie keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. If you apply to the Masters Foundation registry we keep what you submit; your contact email is never shown publicly. Sign-in and notice emails are sent through Resend. You can ask us to delete your account, posts or listing at any time.

Processors and logs

Form delivery uses Web3Forms. Reading Room and Foundation email uses Resend. The site and its database are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and D1. Cloudflare may log standard request data (IP address, user agent, path) to operate the CDN and security features.
